Our Services
Noir Miami Limo provides licensed, insured luxury ground transportation in the Miami, FL area, including airport transfers, Port Miami transfers, corporate transportation, weddings, nightlife, and hourly chauffeur service.
Bookings & Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email, text, or phone from our team. Please review your trip details (pickup location, date, time, and vehicle) carefully, as it is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Rates quoted are based on the trip details provided at booking; additional charges may apply for extra stops, wait time beyond the included grace period, or changes made after booking.
Cancellations & Changes
We ask that cancellations or changes be made as far in advance as possible. Late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly to cancel or modify a reservation.
Client Conduct
Clients and passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip early, without refund, in cases of abusive behavior, illegal activity, or actions that endanger the safety of the chauffeur or vehicle.
Liability
Noir Miami Limo maintains commercial insurance for our licensed vehicles and drivers. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or events outside our control. Our total liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.
Vehicle & Driver Assignment
While we make every effort to accommodate specific vehicle requests, Noir Miami Limo reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle or chauffeur when necessary due to availability, maintenance, or operational needs.
